At DENAGO MSV, sold and serviced by TIGON Golf Carts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for DENAGO EV vehicles and related products purchased through our dealership.

2. Return Window

Eligible vehicles and products may be returned within 90 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below. Return terms may also be detailed on the individual product pages of the dealership website.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
• Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Be free of damage, excessive wear, or modifications.
• Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Vehicles that have been titled, registered, or driven beyond a reasonable inspection distance may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or special-order configurations.
• Items marked as final sale or clearance.
• Parts or accessories that have been installed or used.

6. Shipping & Restocking

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, less any applicable fees.

If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or configuration, please contact us and we will help arrange an exchange subject to availability and any price differences.

9. Warranty Claims
